Once you get in touch, we contact you within 24hrs and work out a time that works best for you to have a chat via phone, zoom or in person. We listen to what your needs are and with our decades of on the ground experience, we discuss the options and offer unemotional and unbiased advice. If you like what you hear and decide to move forward, we move onto Step No. 2.

We Get To Work

We get to work on researching and inspecting every option available to you. We have insider knowledge and very strong relationships with Selling Agents built on our many years of real estate experience – giving us direct access to Off and Pre Market opportunities as well as on market properties. Rest assured, NO deal escapes us!

Close The Deal

We negotiate for you, close the deal and guide you through the settlement process. We can even provide advice on matters that require local knowledge if you’re from out of town. Sounds simple, right? Today's market is very competitive. Often there are multiple offers presented on a property and knowing how to best frame the offer to make sure it is accepted over all others, takes skill and knowledge. This is where we shine and do some of our best work. We get it done!

Let's Settle

Now we have a contract and the deal is closed, we guide you through any satisfying any conditions, like organising a building and pest inspection and engaging a conveyancing solicitor. We make sure we are with you every step of the way until you settle and become the owners of your new home or investment property. We can even help out with providing local knowledge like schooling and where those best kept secret cafes and restaurants are!
